Mo Alshmari has the obligation to find potential acquisitions. Mo’s main role is to find deals within the company’s criteria and work with external partners and the companies’ team to evaluate potential acquisitions, afterwards, passing potential acquisitions to the board for final approval. Alshmari has a BS in business and a Masters in MBA & MIT from The University of Dallas.
Dean Kim has over 30 years in capital markets, management consulting and CFO experience with major Wall Street firms, management consulting, and early-stage growth firms. After his MBA in finance, Dean became a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting where he consulted Fortune 500 companies on a global basis, specializing in business process optimization. He then became an equity research analyst with UBS Investment Bank, Lehman Brothers and BNP Paribas, where he honed his skills in modeling and valuation. As a CFO of a startup, Dean was instrumental in all aspects of the finance function including accounting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, IT functions, and capital raising. Dean earned his BS from Yale University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Recognized for his sharp acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, he has also served as a trusted educator and board member, helping shape both emerging leaders and forward-looking organizations. Jeffrey holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
Jim Bentler is a seasoned executive with a strong track record of scaling businesses, driving profitability, and leading high-performance teams across service, real estate, and facility maintenance sectors. As CEO of City Wide Building Services, he oversees a leading commercial maintenance company, driving strategic growth and operational excellence. Previously, he led an $80M region at Service Experts, integrating a $28M acquisition and significantly improving EBITDA. As President of Midtown Partners, he repositioned underperforming multi-family assets, leading to a successful exit. At ServiceMaster, Jim led five separate divisions, each generating over $500M in revenues, leading major turnarounds and boosting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Jim is known for his expertise in P&L management, acquisition integration, KPI-driven leadership, and scaling businesses in complex environments. He holds a BBA from Thomas Edison State University and has completed executive programs at Cornell University and The Wharton School.
Daniel Favata is a veteran of over 3 decades in the MEP industry, from field technician through C-level executive. Dan has experience in field operations, process authoring, integration of new acquisitions and executive management, with recognition for team building, and repair of turnaround situations. Dan has held positions with fortune 500 companies specializing in operational and process excellence from an executive manager level, to “boots on the ground, training both leaders and field technicians. Dan has been directly responsible for $200M+ P&L’s as well as project portfolios exceeding $50M, while serving as senior project manager for geographically dispersed, federal, private and military projects. Dan Holds masters licensure in several states for Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing and is a State licensed inspector for MEP and structural. He also is governor appointed as Vice–Chairman for the Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission. Dan Holds a BBA from St. Gregory’s University, two AS degrees and is a certified trainer and member of many professional organizations.
